These terms apply when you use zorelletresseshair.com or buy from us. "We", "us" and "our" mean Zorelle Tresses Hair. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Exchange Policy form part of them.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. We ship within the United States only.

2. Our products

We sell human hair wigs, bundles, closures and frontals. Human hair varies naturally, so small differences in texture, density, curl pattern and colour from one unit to the next are normal and aren't defects.

We try to show colours accurately, but every screen displays them differently. Some model and lifestyle images on the site are digitally created to show how a style can look. The product listing describes the hair you'll actually receive.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Items are subject to availability. If a price or description on the site is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you've received an order confirmation.

4. Orders and payment

An order confirmation email means we've received your order, not that we've accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a payment can't be verified or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.

5. Discounts and promotions

Discounts and promotions apply only during the period stated, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or ended at any time. Unless we say otherwise, promotions can't be combined.

6. Shipping, returns and exchanges

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Exchanges, damaged items and cancellations are covered in our Return and Exchange Policy.

7. Using our products safely

Please follow the care guidance on our site. If you use wig adhesives, removers or other hair products, patch test them first, follow the manufacturer's instructions, and consider professional installation. We aren't responsible for reactions to products we don't sell, or for damage caused by cutting, colouring, heat or chemical treatment.

Wig Finder results are suggestions based on your answers, not a guarantee of fit or look. Please check each product's details before ordering.

9. Our content

The text, images, logos and design of this site belong to Zorelle Tresses Hair or are used with permission. Please don't copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission.

10. Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you allow us to use it to show and promote our products. Please don't send anything unlawful, misleading or that belongs to someone else.

11. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, scraping it, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for anything unlawful.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, we provide the site and our products as described, without other warranties. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
